Our Recruitment Process
1. Application

3. Pre-Employment Checks

4. Induction & Onboarding
New staff receive:
- A full induction programme
- Shadowing with experienced colleagues
- Training in safeguarding, medication, PBS, and more
- Ongoing support to build confidence and competence
